Keeping everyone safe in our ‘new normal’
Whilst the safety of your baby and family has always been my number one priority, the world has changed radically, as a result I must increase precautions to ensure that I am doing everything in my power to keep your precious loved ones safe.
I realise that, should I wish to continue to do the job I love, and to work, there are some changes that I will need to make in the studio, as well as my personal life, to keep the risk as low as reasonably practicable.
In the studio
Hands to be washed on arrival.
Gloves and masks will be available.
All surfaces, including door knobs and other surfaces within the client areas, will be cleaned
and sanitised before arrival and the studio will be cleaned thoroughly between each client.
Increased frequency of hand washing/sanitising during shoots and mask worn when social
distancing cannot be maintained
Duration of contact to be kept to as short a period as possible.
Limit the numbers in the studio to as low as practicable at any one time.
Maintain social distancing in the studio as far as reasonable practicable.
The number of sessions in the studio will be limited.
Whilst all fabrics, blankets, etc., used in a shoot are washed after each session, I have
increased the temperature of the wash.
Viewing sessions can take place on Zoom to reduce social contact.
Personal changes
I am fortunate that I have had both of my vaccinations and my booster jab. My son is grown up and no longer lives at home which is a great advantage for my clients as I do not have children at school or family members travelling on public transport.
