Session Fees

Fees include my time, talent, use of props, specialist skills and any image preparation work prior to the ordering appointment, which are provided through Sue Greetham Photography Ltd ("the company") with which the client contracts. The cost of images and negatives is not included in the session fees. Fees are payable on securing a date and the session is only added to the diary when payment for the session has been made. 

Cancellation Policy

Photoshoots (including Gift Vouchers and Show Offers) are non-refundable. If the client is unable to attend the shoot on the date booked the company will transfer the session to another date within 12 months, failing which the session fee will be forfeited. If a session is cancelled by the client, the client forfeits the session fee.

 This does not apply to Christmas sessions which has specific T&C’s.

Retouching / Editing of images

All images are retouched in line with the work on the company’s website, social media platforms and/or work presented at shows.  All retouching is carried out at the company’s discretion.  If additional changes are requested to digital images then additional charges may be made: no work will be carried out until payment has been made.

Ordering and Delivery

As portraits, frames, albums and cards are made to order they are non refundable and there is no cooling off period.  All products are made to order and by placing your order and making payment for that order the client is committed to purchasing that product.

Thank you / Christmas cards can be couriered directly to the the clients,  proof will be sent out prior to ordering, it is the responibility of the client to check spelling / dates ect to make sure they are happy with the card and that the information is correct. Once the go ahead is given to order the cards and there is a spelling mistake ect then it is the responsibility of the client to pay for replacment cards etc.  Changes can be made before ordering but not after the order has taken place.  

USBs can be posted on request.  Frames and other fragile products will need to be collected and checked by the client at the studio. Should there be an issue with the product arising from error or finished quality then it will be replaced.  All products must be checked on collection and any issues highlighted then and there or within the next 7 days.

Artistic Input and fulfilment of obligation

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that clients’ expectations are met and that they receive the images which they hope for, the company cannot be responsible for uncooperative children, babies and pets which result in it not being possible to capture all of the images that are requested. 

If there is a technical failure or a loss of image/s for any reason the liability of the company will be limited to a full refund of the session fee.

Use of Images / Copyright

The full copyright on all photographs taken at a shoot is retained by the company. 

Photographs may not be copied, scanned or reproduced in any way without its prior consent. Permission to use an image for personal, non-commercial use only is granted only when the digital negatives have been purchased by the client.  

The company reserves the right to use the photographs in any manner and in any part of the world for advertising and promoting its work.  Should you NOT wish your images to be featured, please give written notice to this effect at the time of the shoot.
