Adorable little Amelia's mummy has come from London to my studio in Kent 3 times over recent years She first came for a maternity shoot, returned when Amelia was just a few days old for her newborn shoot and then returned again when she was sitting up which is a delightful age for photographs of little ones. Here is a selection from these shoots.
I so enjoyed meeting this awesome couple and their gorgeous little princess, Amira. They came to both a maternity and newborn shoot with me and arrived armed with gorgeous outfits, funky props, loads of enthusiasm and a great sense of humour. I enjoyed our sessions and loved their images. I feel really blessed when I meed such a great couple and am looking forward to being able to watch little Amira grow.
This are the gorgeous little baby Emelia and her big sister Maya. Its hard for me to believe that Maya is so big, she started coming to me for shoots when she was only a few months old and I have done numerous shoots over the years. It really is amazing to watch the development and see them turn from bonny little babies into beautiful big girls, I hope to share the same journey with her sister Emelia.
They don't come much cuter than this gorgeous little lass who came to me for 100 day shoot. The shoot was before Christmas last year so we did a few images for a Christmas card which was super cute when it was done.
I am a little embarrassed to say that I did this shoot last year and I am only blogging now. Joseph came to me a few years back for his newborn portrait shoot and his family returned when Emilia was just a week old. They were both amazing and as you can see Joseph was like a little model, he really enjoyed the shoot, in fact, his mum said he enjoyed our time together so much he wanted to come and 'play' at my house the next day.
I love this series of little Lewis on these mossy green blankets. His mum and dad drove from Hertfordshire for the shoot and Lewis was a superstar and made it all worthwhile. His mum sent me picture of series on the wall last week and it looks fantastic. I am looking forward to seeing this little man again when he is a little older.
This is the gorgeous little Summer who came to me for her newborn shoot last year, she returned before Christmas to get some pressies for family members and to have her Christmas cards done. I was lucky enough to have her back in the studio for her sititng shoot a few weeks ago.
She is such a pretty little lass and each shoot is just a pleasure and its just wonderful to document her first year in this way. I do hope to be seeing much more of her over the years.
This is the gorgeous Neave who came to my studio from London at the beginning of Spring. Her folks were so excited she was a spring baby that they came to the shoot with loads of gorgeous flowers which we used in on of our sets. It was a fun and cheerful shoot and I do hope to be seeing this gorgeous little lady in the future.
I am so excited to once again be exhibiting at the Baby and Toddler Show. This time the show is being held at Sandown Park in Surrey, this is an awesome venue and the show has some really great exhibitors.
If you are visiting the show please come and visit me at stand C35 and say hi. I will also have some great show offers not only for newborn shoots but also for children or family shoots.
Look forward to seeing you!
I have a props room at my studio which is brimming with blankets, buckets, boxes, scales, nests, fabrics of different textures and many other exiting things for your shoot. I do, however, love it when my clients come to their shoots armed with ideas and items to ensure that their shoots are 'personal' to them. This is the enchanting little Ella's whose mum is not only a talented graphic designer but also has a fantastic cupcake business and is crazy about baking. She wanted to incorporate this theme into her shoot and posing a sweet little baby in a mixer was easier that I thought.
When Ella was in her mummy's tummy she was referred to as 'Bear' which is why we had a little bear theme and those killer shoes in her maternity shoot were hand beaded for her wedding...quite the talented lady. Here are just a few images from their newborn and maternity shoot.
This gorgeous family came to the studio from Surrey a few weeks back to have their newborn baby Evie photographed. Her big sister Ellie does some modelling work and was so at ease in front of the camera and a joy to photograph. Here are just a few images from their shoot, I do hope to see loads more of this family over the next few years.
I thought I would stick with the twin theme and blog these handsome little chaps, Oscar and Rafe. Its always a challenge for new parents to get to the studio within the first 10 days and even more so for parents of twins. These boys are super lucky, their parents seem really mellow and seemed to take everything in their stride, it was a really great shoot.
They don't get much cuter than these little twin girls, Sophia and Emily, who visited me at the studio a couple of weeks ago. I love the classic little dresses that they wore to the shoot and how sweet and happy they look.
When Lucas first visited the studio he was only a week old and his parents had traveled from London for his newborn shoot. They have subsequently moved to West Sussex and I was delighted to hear that Lucas was expecting a little sister and they wanted to have her newborn images done with me as well.
They are such a great family and we had a really enjoyable session. Newborn baby Cecilia was as good as gold and we managed to get great shots of both the children and the family. I feel incredible blessed when families return to me as their families grow.
I was over the moon when this gorgeous London couple gave me permission to blog the images from their maternity shoot and also their sweet little Anaiya's newborn portraits.
They are such an easy going couple and it was such a joy doing the shoots, I think we got some lovely results and really look forward to seeing them again in the future.
